The Portable Changeable Message Sign, is a portable trailer mounted, full matrix, all LED variable message sign that is fully programmable. It is capable of displaying messages in either alphanumeric text or symbolic graphic representation. The trailer-mounted configuration affords an enhanced autonomy due to the solar charging of the battery power supply and the capability of optional remote operation. Additionally, this Message Board may be equipped with an optional radar feature to serve in a traffic calming capacity, through the display of actual vehicle speeds, in school zones, work zones, or on military bases.
